Orders & checkout
How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email once payment is accepted.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
Shipping & tracking
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Transit times depend on your location and are shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Signed-in customers can view order history in their account. Guest orders can be looked up on the Track order page. Carriers send tracking details by email once the package ships.
Returns & support
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for new, unused items in original packaging. See our return policy page for full details.
